About the State Pageant

The Miss Elementary America Pageant was created in 2019 as a division of the Miss High School America Pageant Organization. This scholarship pageant is for young ladies in grades Pre-K to 6th grade. The purpose of the program is to introduce girls to the Miss High School America Organization who have an interest in community service and possibly someday competing in the Miss High School America National Pageants. Participants will build confidence, gain friendships from all over the United States, and have the opportunity to compete on a large national stage. 

Competition Includes:

• Opening Number - NOT SCORED - All white outfit
• Evening Gown 40% (Floor Length - scholarship type dresses
• Interview 40%  No Makeup allowed in interview.  (3 Minutes, standing, panel)
• Fashion Runway 20% (Dressy Outfit of Choice)  No props, hats, headpieces, no denim. Shorts must be appropriate and conservative length.

Divisions: Grade As of Fall 2025

• Pre-K/K
• 1st Grade
• 2nd Grade
• 3rd Grade
• 4th Grade
• 5th Grade
• 6th Grade

Cost:

$150 City Title - Due at time of registration plus

$295 State Entry Fee - Due no later than August 15, 2024. (Fees do not include lodging, meals, hair/makeup styling, photos of competition.)

Required Wardrobe:

• Gown - Floor length gown of your choice of color and style. No 2-piece gowns for Elementary contestants.
• Fashion Runway/Fun Fashion - Fun outfit of your choice. May or may not have rhinestones, May or may not have capes, overskirts, drapes. No 2-piece outfits for Elementary contestants.
• Interview - T-shirt provided, red soffee shorts, and white tennis shoes and socks.
• Production Number outfit - Must be solid white.  No trains please. Contestants will be walking and dancing.
• City Title T-shirt - This will be worn during registration with black bottoms

This competition exists for the purpose of providing personal and professional opportunities for girls currently in the following grades as of Fall of 2025:

Jr High - 6th through 8th grade. 

High School - 9th through 11th grade

Collegiate - 12th Grade to currently enrolled in a University, Trade School, Beauty School, or a continuing education program. 

 It is our goal to provide outstanding young women the opportunity to compete in a pageant system that has the highest of moral values.

Phases of competition: 

• Opening Number - NOT SCORED - All white outfit.
• Interview (40%). Your choice of outfit, Dress or jumpsuit. (5 Minutes, standing, panel)
• Evening Gown (40%) JH- Ball gown, HS - No slit above Knee, Collegiate - Slit is allowed
• Fashion Runway (20%) - No props, hats, headpieces, no denim. Shorts must be appropriate and conservative length
